    Already have your core vendors secured? Beginning 6–9 months out, we offer design direction, assist with booking remaining vendors, refine your timeline, budget, and details, and manage your event day.

    You’ve planned the party—now let us tie it all together. Starting 6–8 weeks out, we finalize details, coordinate your vendor team, build your timeline, and manage your event day so you can simply enjoy.

Partial Planning supports clients who’ve begun planning and want guidance refining details and managing the event day. Month-Of Coordination is for those who’ve planned their event and need an expert to finalize logistics and lead the day.

  • During my work as a credentialed court-appointed advocate for foster youth, I saw how rare birthday celebrations were. Limited resources and frequent transitions often meant these meaningful moments were overlooked.

    We partner with San Francisco CASA, a foster youth advocacy nonprofit, and donate a portion of all proceeds to a dedicated foster party fund. Through this fund, I plan to provide pro bono birthday celebrations for foster youth—because everyone deserves to be celebrated.

  • Sustainability is woven into every decision we make, from avoiding single-use plastics and prioritizing compostable or upcycled materials, to donating excess food through and repurposing floral arrangements. We maintain a reusable inventory of furniture and décor, plan mindful delivery routes and rental choices to reduce emissions, and prioritize farm-fresh, locally sourced menus whenever possible.

  • Our planning packages typically range from $3,000 to $20,000+, depending on the level of support and the scope and complexity of your event. This investment covers our planning and design services only and is separate from your overall event budget.
